Aquarelle for Ravnogor :

By: Mrs. Marlena Stoyanova Yurukova

Water color landscapes depicting the beauty of the village of Ravnogor and Rhodope Mountains, Bulgaria, where it is located. The landscapes were painted "alla prima" from nature by the author Marlena Yurukova during her stays in Ravnogor and her wanderings in its surroundings in the time from 1985 to 2015. Short three-line verses that fin in with the aquarelles add to conveying the impression of the natural beauty of this place.

The village is high. If you grow up, you will see it. *** Life is a puzzle, and we at its end question marks. *** Summer rain- splashes of blessing from Heaven. *** Autumn near Ravnogor- thefog tousled the forest, it looks like a witch now.

Lumină și Tenebre

By: Marc D. Jura

Butterflies for Merideth : A Message from God

By: Stacy Francis Corban; GJ Corban, Compiler

When Stacy found out her daughter had Cranio Frontal Naseldisplaisia she was devastated. But as she wept God spoke to her, and this is the comforting message He told her:

I know you didn't choose butterflies, I know they disappoint you, but I chose them. I chose the butterfly for Merideth because they're beautiful, and because they were not what they are now when they first began. They start as a caterpillar, there's nothing wrong with a caterpillar, but I have destined them for more. I have destined Merideth for more, She will spread her wings, and she will fly where I have called her. She will not be as you see her now, try to see her ...

Nine Poems : Volume 1

By: Ankur Mutreja

Complex are the ways of life. Difficult it is to describe them in Black & White. Emotions are many; Words are few. And those who know them are far and few Life is a book of poems; And this is mine. Beautiful or ugly, you determine.

Standing frail, she diffused her smell far and wide. Not a man who was not attracted to this beauty of fairies. Not a man who didn’t wish to appropriate her for self. But her misty eyes were still poignant for love. For which vulnerability, the men staged duals a plenty. Yet she remained Virgin, for none had the limbs enough. The luxury of choice she didn't have, But her heart plotted a rebel nevertheless. An evening clouded the Sun of the West. When the soun...
